​The way I work has developed from 25 years of solving computer problems. There are five ways I can help you where computer shops can't:

I resolve your IT issues at your home or your premises​

  • You don’t need to unplug all yours wires or bring your equipment to me
  • You don’t need to worry about what is going to be done with your computer out of sight
  • You will never be given excuses like, “It worked perfectly fine in our workshop”
​I teach you to solve your computer problems

  • My goal is to show you how to solve your issues so that you’ll know what to do in the future
  • You will not be bamboozled by computer jargon - I love using analogies
  • What makes it challenging for me is to get you to overcome your problems
I take responsibility for your entire computer set up

  • I will correct your operating system, ISP and equipment issues - no matter who provided them
  • I will help you with all other software applications - no matter where they came from
  • I will make sure you never lose your data (e.g. your documents, pictures, music)
  • I will preserve your settings (e.g. your email, contacts, desktop preferences)
I do not sell computer equipment

  • I am completely independent and do not benefit from hardware purchases
  • If you need to renew or replace components or equipment, I will save you money by advising what you really need to purchase and the best place to buy it
  • If you require me to purchase hardware on your behalf, I will give you the sales receipt
I am far cheaper than the high street

  • Cheap may not be the cleverest word in marketing but with no shop, no stock and no staff to train, I will fix your computer problems at a fraction of high-street prices and I come with heaps more support experience, dedication, and genuine interest and care
